Snodgrass also developed a .29-size Scat Cat which was based on the highly successful .19-size car.  This car was initially equipped with a relatively heavy cast aluminum top whose design was similar to that of the .19-size car.  But while the design of the .19-size car top was lean and lithe, the .29-size top was not attractive and was quite heavy to boot.  As a result, most of the .29-size Scat Cats were sold without the cast aluminum top and custom tops were fabricated by their owners upon delivery of the pan.  The .29-size Scat Cat sold for $24.95 with the cast aluminum top and fuel tank but less engine.  The car sold for $2.50 less without the cast aluminum top.  The car shown below on the left has the original equipment cast aluminum top.  The car on the right has a custom cast-aluminum top which was fabricated by its original owner, Bob Diekmann from Algona, IA.

The last car produced by Pac-A-Lite was a less successful smaller mite car called the Scat-Cat-O-Car.   Snodgrass referred to the car simply as the "O-Car".  The O-Car was designed to accommodate .049-size engines, although a .074-size engine could be used in the lightweight stamped aluminum pan with direct drive.  The O-Car kit sold for $3.95 less engine.
