Midget Monsoon

The Midget Monsoon was produced as a kit selling for $7.00 in 1940.  The kit included an aluminum chassis, grill and drip pan; a partially finished balsa body; tires and wheels; front axle mounts; rear leaf spring; complete plans and layout; and "plenty of Nu-Tone Dope."  The kit was sold less engine and flywheel.  The Midget Monsoon featured friction drive front wheel drive.  This particular example is powered by a pre-war Ohlsson .23 spark ignition engine.
